3. Permitted and prohibited use
Use the service for lawful personal or authorised business purposes. Do not infringe rights, distribute malware, attack systems, evade lawful restrictions, commit fraud or undertake activity prohibited where you are located.
4. Availability
Network services can change because of maintenance, devices, base networks, third-party platforms or events beyond reasonable control. We aim for a stable experience but do not promise uninterrupted service or fitness for every purpose.
5. Plans and payment
Prices, periods, device scope, renewal and refund conditions are those displayed and confirmed at purchase. Unconfirmed prices are not offers.
6. Intellectual property
The QuickQ name, visual identity, software, website content and related rights belong to their lawful owners. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or remove rights notices except where law or written permission allows.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or end access for security risk, serious or repeated breach, legal requirement or necessary maintenance, with notice where reasonably practical.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, responsibility is determined by the confirmed service relationship, foreseeable loss and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow to be excluded.
